In 2014 Music Meets Runway officially rebranded to MMR AFRICA this change occurred due to the fact that the event grew across African countries and made waves all over the world. MMR AFRICA decided to infuse other African countries and talents from around the globe.

Designers like KikiRomeo from Kenya and Nedquik from South Africa Showcased at the event. Hit sensation Souti Soul From Kenya And Victoria Kamani from Kenya were flown into Host City Lagos State, Nigeria performing their hit singles at the ground breaking event. Nigerian Superstars Patronking, Seyi Shay performed with a special grand finale from International Superstar WIZKID, who trilled the crowd!
